Bronson Returns
Tried to do him a few times before but was never really happy with the results...A FB caricature challenge motivated me to take another shot...probably will attempt a paint of this sketch!

Buscemi Revisited
Due to a lack of inspiration at the moment, decided to add some color to an older sketch.

Muammar finished...in more ways than one!
Tried a more painterly approach for this...felt good to loosen up a bit!

Inspiration / Dick Ket
I recently was introduced to the work of Dick Ket via the Weimar Blog. A brilliant draughtsman and painter whose work fell under the category of "Magic Realism". Unfortunately his life was cut short by a serious heart birth defect (tetralogy of Fallot). As a result of his sickness and and the phobias attached to it Ket only painted subjects which did not require him to leave the house (still lifes and portraits).
